To submit a public comment, interested persons may electronically submit written comments on the proposed rule to executivedirector@counselingcompact.gov with the subject line “Counseling Compact Rule Comment.” No public comment will take place during the Full Commission Meeting.
Public Hearing: A public hearing on the Rule will be held if a hearing is requested by at least twenty-five (25)persons, A state or federal governmental subdivision or agency, or an association having at least twenty-five (25) members.
